Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

• Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized products.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

• Approved refunds are completed within 7–10 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.

Return Shipping

• If the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
